A PU coated inner prevents moisture from seeping through the pad, keeping its sleeper dry and warm. The Two Track rolls up to attach to the outside of any pack and weighs only two pounds for the regular and 2.14 for the long, nearly unnoticeable weight for a comfortable sleep. The Twin Track sleeping pad is filled with a self inflating core material, to making blowing your sleeping pad up easier and preventing you from getting the lightheaded spins - although some for fun.
